Understand how you breathe.

A few quick answers, written plainly.

What is the nose for?

Your nose warms, filters and moistens the air before it reaches your lungs. Your mouth is a great backup, but it is not designed to do all of that.

Why does it feel harder when I push?

As effort goes up, your body wants more air fast. For many people the nose starts to feel like a bottleneck, so they switch to the mouth without noticing.

How is a reusable band different?

Strips are single use and rely on adhesive. Airloop is a reusable hook and loop band with replaceable pads, so you keep the band and swap the pad.

Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 10 to 25 business days.

Can I wear it for sleep?

Airloop is made as a training accessory, so that's what we recommend it for. It isn't a treatment for snoring or sleep problems. If you have ongoing breathing or sleep concerns, please talk to your doctor.

How often can I use it?

Wear it for your runs, lifts and workouts. Each kit has 60 pads, which covers about 30 days of regular use, and you can swap in fresh pads whenever you need to.

Is Airloop a treatment for breathing problems?

No. Airloop is a drug-free sports and wellness accessory. It is not a treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have trouble breathing or a medical concern, please speak with your doctor.

What if it isn't right for me?

Try Airloop for 30 days. If it isn't right for you, email us with your order number and we will make it right. You can read the full details on our Refund Policy page.

How does Airloop work?

Airloop is a soft nasal band. Fabric pads sit in the crease on each side of your nose and a hook and loop band gently holds the sides of your nose open, which can make nasal breathing feel easier when you train. It uses no magnets and no metal.

Will it fit my nose?

Place the pads in the crease on each side of your nose and adjust the band so it feels snug but comfortable. Noses come in all shapes, so if it doesn't suit you, our 30 day guarantee has you covered.

Will it irritate my skin?

The pads are soft fabric and nothing sticks to the bridge of your nose. Everyone's skin is different, so if you have sensitive skin, try it for a short time first. Stop using it if you notice any irritation.

How do I clean it and how long does it last?

Wipe the band with a damp cloth after use and let it air dry. Swap in a fresh pad when the old one gets dirty or stops gripping. Each kit has 4 bands and 60 pads, which is about a 30 day supply with daily use.

Why your nose gives up when you push.

Breathe hard and the soft sides of your nostrils get pulled inward, like a wet paper straw. That is nostril collapse. It is why your nose feels fine on the couch, then shuts down once you pick up the pace and you end up gasping through your mouth.

1. Nostrils collapseHarder breathing creates suction, and the soft walls of your nostrils cave inward.
2. Most fixes let goStrips peel off once you sweat. Magnets can pop loose. Cones sit inside your nose.
3. Airloop holds them openA soft band lifts the sides of your nostrils, held by a full pad of hook and loop grip built to stay on through sweat. No magnets, no metal, nothing up your nose.
Airloop supports easier nasal breathing. It is a drug free training accessory and is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
