Free shipping on all orders

We ship to Australia and selected international destinations.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse and typically arrives within 10 to 25 business days after processing. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs and local carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Some destinations may charge import duties or taxes. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the customer unless stated at checkout.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has shipped. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away at support@tryairloop.com and we will do our best to fix it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email us with your order number and we will investigate and either resend it or refund you.
